Location: Jakarta, Indonesia.

This position reports to Sales Manager - Channel.

Key Responsibilities

Develop promotional strategy aligned with sales strategy.

Plan and execute promotional activities with appropriate technical content for the assigned target audience.

Lead, develop, and coach the Technical Design and Promotions team, ensuring a high level of technical knowledge.

Ensure the Promotions team supports the Sales organization by delivering on‑time, quality technical support and training to the target audience, resulting in high customer satisfaction.

Create business opportunities by supporting and fostering collaborations with key decision‑makers, both within buying and non‑buying segments.

Provide support to customers, particularly consultants, engineering firms, and architect offices, in project development and technical problem‑solving.

Professional Experience This role contributes to the Electrification Smart Building in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in design, engineering, and consulting, particularly in electrical systems.

Skilled at providing technical consulting and tailored design solutions in client‑facing roles.

Proven experience managing, mentoring, and developing engineering teams.

Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with specialized consultants in electrical design and system integration.

Experience working closely with contractors to ensure successful design execution and installation.
