Senior / Patient Service Associate (Bed Management Unit)

Responsibilities You will provide administrative and operational support for the Bed Management Unit in the Hospital. This includes coordination and timely assignment of clinically appropriate beds to patients. You will liaise with various stakeholders to optimise bed resources and minimise bed waiting time. In addition, you will collate and disseminate bed statistical reports as well as participate in quality improvement activities.

Requirements

Higher NITEC / NITEC / GCE ‘O’ Level with 1 to 2 years of frontline experience

Relevant experience in healthcare setting will be advantageous

Customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Able to work 3 rotating shifts, including weekends, night shifts and public holidays
