Nestled along the breathtaking Bali coastline, we provide a one-of-a-kind party atmosphere that leaves our guests craving for more.Responsibilities* Manage the Executive's complex calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.* Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening calls and emails, and responding appropriately.* Prepare correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents with accuracy and professionalism.* Organize and maintain electronic and physical files and records, ensuring easy accessibility.* Coordinate and manage logistics for meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.* Assist in the planning and execution of events and initiatives.* Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.* Process expense reports and manage administrative budgets as required.* Liaise with various departments within FINNS Bali to ensure seamless operational flow.* Anticipate the Executive's needs and proactively take initiative to address them.* Manage personal tasks for the Executive as required, maintaining confidentiality and efficiency.* Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.Qualifications* Bachelorโ€™s degree in Law, Legal Studies, or related field, with proven experience (minimum 3โ€“5 years) as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.* Prior experience supporting Executives or C-level leaders is highly preferred.* Strong background and experience in handling legal documentation, contracts, and compliance matters; experience in finance administration is an advantage.* Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.* Ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion in managing confidential or sensitive information.* Proactive and resourceful, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively.* Familiarity with high-end venues or hospitality environments is a plus.* Knowledge of NetSuite and monday.com will be considered an advantage.Job Benefits* An opportunity to work in a world-renowned beach club* Growing your skills and the possibility of growing within the company* Fast growing company* Competitive salary package* FINNS Bali Membership* BPJS and insurance Mandiri healthcareJob LocationJl.
