Human Resources Business Partner

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in Surabaya. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's overall goals and objectives. You will be responsible for providing support and guidance to managers and employees on a wide range of HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, and talent development.

Key Responsibilities: Partner with managers to understand their business needs and develop HR solutions that support their goals and objectives Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices Manage employee relations issues and provide coaching and counseling to managers and employees Lead the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify and attract top talent for the organization Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to senior management Ensure compliance with all local labor laws and regulations Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and practices

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar HR role Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven experience in employee relations and performance management Ability to work independently and in a team environment Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia Willing to be placed in Surabaya
