Primary Point of Contact: Act as the lead consultant for clients in digital marketing services (social media, website, & SEO), managing expectations from onboarding through to final delivery. Requirements Gathering: Lead discovery sessions to extract deep project requirements, ensuring the "why" is as clear as the "what." Communication Bridge: Translate complex technical or creative updates into clear, value-driven reports for stakeholders, and translate client briefs into clear direction for the internal team. Scope Management: Proactively identify "scope creep" and manage change orders with a firm but professional touch. Capacity Planning: Audit the team’s current bandwidth and assign tasks based on individual strengths and availability. Resource Allocation: Identify bottlenecks before they happen and redistribute tasks to keep the engine humming without overworking the staff. Daily Syncs: Lead stand-ups and check-ins to clear blockers and keep the team focused on high-priority milestones. Milestone Tracking: Own the project timeline, ensuring all internal and external deadlines are met with 100% accuracy. Budget Oversight: Monitor billable hours and project expenses to ensure every initiative remains profitable. Skill Requirements

3+ years of experience in Project Management and/or Account Management (Agency or Client-facing roles preferred). Proven mastery of managing digital marketing projects specifically in social media, website, & SEO services. Proven mastery to other digital marketing services, such as KOL & Google ads, is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, mainly in Bahasa.Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are a plus. Adaptive and assertive person who is eager to solve problems instead of stressing one out & an avid team worker. Technical certification (PMP or Scrum Master) is a plus, but we value proven results and EQ above all else.
