We are looking for a Housekeeping Room Supervisor to support our growth.

Responsibilities

Supervise housekeeping staff, monitor knowledge, technical skills, work quality, and behavior.

Provide guidance, coaching, and disciplinary action as needed, and deliver continuous training.

Empower staff by reviewing performance and productivity and coordinating within and across sections.

Resolve guest complaints, analyze root causes and provide effective solutions.

Apply strong technical skills in room preparation and room MEP, managing tasks and work plans based on operational needs.

Requirements

Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Tourism & Hospitality.

At least 1 year as Housekeeping Supervisor or similar at a 5-star hotel.

Fluent in English.

Proficient in room cleaning techniques, sanitation methods meeting 5-star hotel standards, and room MEP equipment maintenance.

Knowledge of laundry operations, including linen counting and rotation.

Skilled in operating housekeeping machinery (industrial vacuum cleaners, floor polishers, carpet extractors).

Understand cleaning chemicals and safe handling per safety data sheet guidelines.

Compensation & Benefits

Basic salary (nett of tax)

THR

Medical reimbursement up to 85% of 1 month’s basic salary per year (eligible after 1 year of employment and permanent status/PKWTT)

Free parking (1 motorcycle / 1 car)

Annual leave, replace day payment for holiday work, and extra off for long shifts

1 meal per shift
