Account Staff (Indonesia)

Only shortlisted candidates will be replied to. 100% Remote Working / Work from Home. Full Time, Monday to Friday. You will handle the accounts work for 3 to 5 clients. You are not expected to perform overtime (OT) beyond 44 hours per week, and we will attempt to smooth out your workload. You may reasonably schedule your 44 working hours to accommodate personal or family matters. This role is performance-based and result-oriented. With over 60 staff members, there is room for career progression to other roles within the company. Employee benefits are provided. Requirements: Ability to independently close full sets of accounts following reasonable accounting principles. Xero knowledge and hands-on experience are preferred. Alternatively, you need to complete a 10-hour online training to become a Xero Certified Advisor. Good communication skills in English, both written and oral. Relevant accounting qualifications and experience. Own a working computer and have a decent internet connection (minimum speed of 20 Mbps) for work purposes.
