Project Engineer

How can you support us? Here are below your responsibilities:

Review tender and contract documents to understand project scope, requirements, constraints, and schedules.

Support the Project Manager in preparing key project documents including Project Execution Plan (PEP), organization charts, mobilization plans, and project procedures.

Coordinate and monitor assigned project activities across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, vendors, and subcontractors, including reporting progress and issues to the PM.

Assist in project planning, resource allocation, man-hour estimation, risk management, interfaces management, and change/claim support.

Prepare and maintain project procedures and registers (risk register, interfaces, spare parts, vendor assistance, guarantees, back charges).

Support procurement activities, invoicing coordination, critical supply monitoring, and project close‑out including preparation of Project Record Books and Close-out Report.

What are we looking for?

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related discipline).

Minimum

5-10 years of experience

working as a Project Engineer or in a related field, preferably in oil & gas or energy sectors.

Strong understanding of project management processes, engineering coordination, and EPC workflows.

Experience in project documentation, planning, reporting, risk management, and interface coordination.

Familiar with procurement processes, vendor coordination, and contract/change management support.

Good communication and coordination skills with internal teams, clients, vendors, and subcontractors.

Proficient in English (written and spoken).

Willing to be assigned to project sites and work in a dynamic, multi-discipline environment.
