Technical Service Section Head

Technical Service Section Head Control and coordinate all activities related to product and packaging development to support product growth and compliance.

Accountabilities Perform activities to support new product development transfer, starting from formulation review to be aligned with the business development commercial stage.

Perform activities to support packaging development, including artwork development, to be aligned with business development commercial stage.

Perform and ensure the implementation of the halal product assurance system in each critical area.

Manage and evaluate the risk assessment of the new product to ensure the execution of the new product runs smoothly.

Manage master product development (MPD) to provide guidance or standards for other departments to prepare other related documents.

Coordinate improvements to packaging materials to support quality, continuity of supply, and productivity.

Coordinate analytical method development, analytical method transfer, and validation related to the new product and method transfer.

Lead trial for the new product and new packaging to support product growth and productivity.

Support product investigation, especially formulas and process matters.

Education Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Apothecary.

Experience Requirements Have a minimum of 3 years of pharmaceutical product development experience.

Have a good understanding of manufacturing process development, analytical method development, and packaging development.

Have a good command of Adobe Illustrator.

Have a good command of the computer.
