Supervisor Accounting, Finance and Tax

Responsibilities Provide work guidance and team supervision

Ensure completeness and accuracy of documents for all A/R, A/P, Tax and General Ledger transactions

Prepare and analyze financial reports (Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Report) according to applicable accounting standards accurately and on time

Prepare budget plans for short and long-term and short-term financial strategies for the company.

Monitor the Bank Balance (reconcile), receipts and expenditures and record them in the general ledger to provide accurate company financial transaction data.

Estimate weekly & monthly cash flow

Monitoring and creating A/R & A/P reports

Prepare data for monthly and annual financial reports

Prepare tax reconciliation for reporting the company's Monthly SPT and Annual SPT.

Ensure tax reporting goes well and on time.

Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance

Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, finance, and tax

Have Tax Certificate for Brevet A & B is a plus

Have a deep understanding and experience related to finance, accounting, & tax

Have a deep understanding and experience in accounting application and tax application (Zahir, e‑Faktur, and e‑Bupot)

Update with taxes regulation

Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment / fast-growing company

Detail-oriented, good team player, and able to work under pressure

Strong in leadership, high integrity, and a problem solver

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
