Manage recruitment and onboarding processes. Handle HR administration and employee records. Prepare and manage employment contracts and HR legal documents. Ensure compliance with labor regulations. Support payroll and BPJS administration. Handling Legal document between company to client.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (Law / Psychology / HR / Management preferred)
Minimum 2 years experience in HR or HR + Legal
Good understanding of Indonesian labor law
Strong organizational and communication skills
Experience in construction / consulting industry is an advantage
English proficiency is a must
Reporting to: Director / Management
