Procurement Staff - Manufacture (C-128302) Our client is a Japanese Manufacturing company. Currently, they are looking for Procurement Staff.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.

Source and evaluate new vendors, including assessment of company legality, capability, and compliance standards.

Conduct price negotiations and commercial discussions to achieve competitive pricing and favorable terms.

Review and understand mechanical designs, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings to ensure accurate material procurement.

Coordinate with engineering and production teams to clarify technical specifications and user requirements.

Monitor Purchase Requisition (PR) processing through Purchase Order (PO) issuance.

Track delivery schedules to ensure materials arrive on time and meet operational needs.

Follow up on payment documentation and ensure completeness for timely vendor payments.

Support mechanical design-related procurement activities when required.

Other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or any other related major.

Conversational level of English.

Have 3 years experience as Procurement staff in manufacturing or industrial environment.

Ability to read and interpret engineering and technical drawings.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and general computer applications.

Demonstrated leadership qualities with high integrity and ethical standards and strong negotiation and communication skills.
