Responsibilities

Data Strategy & Architecture: Develop and maintain a unified data architecture and governance framework to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across departments.

Data Integration & Automation: Design and manage data pipelines connecting ERP, CRM, CDP, and other platforms to create a single source of truth for business analytics.

Analytics & Insights: Build dashboards and reporting systems using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to translate complex data into actionable business insights.

Data Governance & Quality: Establish data quality standards, ownership models, and compliance procedures aligned with company governance and security policies.

Collaboration & Enablement: Partner with Enterprise Architecture, Full‑Stack Engineering, and Security teams to ensure scalable, secure, and compliant data infrastructure.

Transformation & Capability Building: Lead the transition from manual reporting to automated analytics systems and mentor teams to adopt data‑driven decision‑making practices.

Minimum Qualifications

Education: Graduated from a reputable university (local or overseas) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Statistics, or related fields, with exposure to international or regional IT environments.

Experience: 5–8 years of progressive experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data engineering, including at least 3–5 years in a managerial or data governance role. Candidates must demonstrate stability, with a minimum tenure of 3–5 years in at least one previous company.

Technical Skills: Proficient in SQL, ETL tools, and BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau, or similar), with working knowledge of data warehouse technologies and API‑based integrations.

Transformation Experience: Proven success in shifting from manual or fragmented reporting to structured and automated enterprise analytics systems.

Industry Exposure: Experience in retail, manufacturing, or distribution preferred; familiarity with multi‑entity or multi‑location business data is an advantage.

Collaboration: Strong cross‑functional collaboration with IT, Finance, and Commercial teams to align data solutions with business goals.

Language: Bilingual in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken fluency required).
