Staff - Programmer

Strategic Architecture: Design high-level system architectures, select optimal technology stacks, and define robust patterns.

Business Analysis: Translate complex business needs into elegant technical solutions and strategic project plans.

High-Standard Coding: Write clean, efficient, and secure code that adheres to global industry standards.

End-to-End Oversight: Manage the full SDLC—from initial design and implementation to testing and deployment.

Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks, mitigate security risks, and ensure peak system performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Managers, UI/UX designers, and QA to align tech with business goals.

Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Information Technology or a related field.

Experience: At least 3 years of proven experience in Software Development.

Technical Mastery: Frameworks: Strong hands-on experience with .Net and Flutter.

Architecture: Deep understanding of OOP, Design Patterns, Microservices, and RESTful APIs.

Data: Expertise in both SQL (SQL Server/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases.

Mindset: A proactive learner who stays ahead of tech trends and advocates for innovative tools.
