We’re hiring! We are looking for a Claims Executive, Health Solutions to join our Health Solutions team in Indonesia.

What the day will look like
Process invoices accurately and ensure timely delivery of both soft and hard copies to clients.
Reconcile outstanding invoices by liaising with clients and insurers to ensure records are accurate and up to date.
Attend and support meetings with clients, including Regional Client Teams where required, to address administrative processes and resolve related issues.
Update, maintain, and modify data for the monthly BIK (Benefits in Kind) report in a timely and accurate manner.
Distribute membership cards and policy documents to clients.
Prepare and share updated participant data with clients as required.
Manage email correspondence related to participant movements with insurers and provide timely updates and feedback to clients.
Monitor claims service level agreements (SLAs) and follow up with relevant parties to ensure performance standards are met.
Skills and experience that will lead to success
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematic or related field.
Preferably 2 years of experience in the insurance or reinsurance industry. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Proven understanding and experience in Microsoft Excel.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Able to work independently when needed, as well as collaborate as part of a team.
Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
