Senior ICT Systems Engineer

**The Opportunity**

We are seeking a Senior ICT Systems Engineer to ensure the performance, security, and availability of Beca’s ICT infrastructure and systems. This role offers the opportunity to apply advanced technical expertise in Microsoft M365, Azure, and on-premises platforms within a professional services setting.

You’ll troubleshoot complex issues, support disaster recovery planning, and contribute to strategic initiatives driving continuous improvement.

**Preferred Qualifications & Experience*** Tertiary qualification or industry certifications in IT, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering* Advanced experience in professional services or consulting environments* Proven expertise across Microsoft platform components (M365 setup & management)* Strong background in managing on-premises systems: Windows Server, Linux, Virtualization* Excellent problem-solving skills and a logical approach to troubleshooting* Effective communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia advantageous)* Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously* Commitment to teamwork and knowledge sharing across local and global teamsMake everyday better
