Job Description: Primarily responsible for the procurement domain of projects (a portfolio of approximately 150 projects) and for the quality of project management practices The role includes optimizing procurement processes, formulating and building work plans, managing budgets and timelines, supporting tender documentation, overseeing project management within procurement, and monitoring execution and project schedules in accordance with department procedures and government regulations Process improvement, budget control, monitoring expected and actual expenses in line with approved procurement volumes, and quality assurance
