Sales Freight Forwarding . In this full‑time position based in

West Jakarta — as well as our branch locations in Surabaya and Semarang , you will be responsible for driving sales and growth for the company's import/export and customs services. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in expanding the company's customer base and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

What You'll Be Doing

Proactively identifying and developing new sales leads through networking, cold‑calling, and relationship building

Pitching the company's freight forwarding services to potential clients and securing new business

Managing the full sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure

Building and maintaining strong, long‑term relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business

Collaborating with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of freight forwarding services

Staying up‑to‑date with industry trends, regulations, and competitor activities to inform sales strategy

Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets

What We're Looking For

Proven track record in a sales or business development role within the logistics (freight forwarding) industry

Strong understanding of import/export and customs processes and regulations

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients

Proactive and self‑motivated, with a drive to succeed and meet sales targets

Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment

Proficient in using sales and CRM tools to manage the sales pipeline effectively
