Purpose

Conduct bank account administration related activities including ERP and bank portals implementation.

Manage corporate credit card administration.

Manage treasury related reporting & record keeping activities.

Job Accountabilities

Perform bank account administration related activities including managing onboarding documentation with banks, ERP and bank portals implementation.

Manage Aster's corporate credit card programs and administration within the region.

Prepare and manage treasury related reporting and presentations.

Act as treasury team's sharepoint and records focal.

Manages up to ~60 bank accounts across Singapore, regional and international banks.

Requirements

Minimum Bachelor Degree from relevant background, with 0-6 years relevant experiences.

Power BI or data analytics skills is an advantage.

Good team player who can work under time pressure.

Independent fast learner who seeks continuous improvements of challenges.
