Overview
The Business Support Controller of the Operational Direction, the Corporate Direction or the territory assists business entities, particularly Business Partner Controllers (BPC and BPC managers), in their management assistance mission.
Responsibilities
Report directly to a manager of a Shared Service.
Collaborate closely with BPC and the entities’ operational partners, encouraging the use of provided tools and information (e.g., Business Intelligence tools).
Build forecasts with BPC and prepare reports and analyses.
Ensure fulfillment of Service Level Agreement (SLA / OLA) obligations.
Maintain portfolio of reports, scorecards and requests.
Develop formats and items necessary for reforecasts.
Conduct first-level analysis of collected data (results and forecasts).
Promote standardisation of methods and procedures, supporting customer entities with progression actions.
Support business continuity, including progress facilitation, quality guarantee, training and tutoring.
Key Expected Achievements
Fulfilment of SLA/OLA obligations.
Portfolio of reports, scorecards and requests.
Formats and items necessary to develop reforecasts.
First‑level analysis of collected data (results and forecasts).
Promotion of standardisation of methods and procedures, and support for customer entities with progress actions.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Logistics Costing, Cost Control or Supply Chain Finance.
Strong knowledge of logistics cost components (transportation, warehousing, distribution, handling, vendor cost).
Proven experience in cost analysis, budgeting and cost monitoring.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTable, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, cost‑analysis formulas).
Experience using ERP systems (SAP or equivalent).
Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail.
Ability to perform cost variance analysis and propose cost‑efficiency initiatives.
Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
Ability to work independently, under pressure, and meet deadlines.
Fluent in spoken and written English (min. B2 level).
Willing to be based in Cikarang, West Java.
