We are looking for a passionate and results-driven

Digital Marketing Specialist

to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in managing digital advertisements and driving sales through e-commerce platforms.

Job Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other platforms).

Monitor and analyze campaign performance including budget utilization, CTR, conversions, and ROAS.

Manage and optimize sales performance across e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, etc.).

Create and execute marketing campaigns to support brand awareness and sales growth.

Be involved in the creative content development process, including brainstorming campaign ideas, content concepts, and promotional strategies.

Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and design teams to produce engaging marketing materials.

Participate as a content talent when needed for marketing materials such as promotional videos, social media content, or marketplace campaigns.

Prepare regular performance reports and provide data-driven insights.

Propose and implement strategies to increase online traffic and sales.

Stay updated with digital marketing trends and marketplace best practices.

Qualifications

Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related fields.

At least 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or E-commerce management.

Proven experience managing digital advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, or TikTok Ads is a plus).

Strong understanding of e-commerce operations and online sales strategies.

Ability to analyze campaign performance data and generate actionable insights.

Target-oriented and able to work within deadlines.

Highly motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.

Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Detail-oriented, responsible, and possess good problem-solving skills.

Comfortable appearing on camera and participating as a talent for marketing content is a plus.
