Accounting Staff

About the Firm Januar Jahja and Partners, a leading intellectual property law firm based in Jakarta, Indonesia, is currently seeking candidates to join its growing Accounting Department.

Qualifications

Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.

Experience in Accounts Receivable and Financial Reporting.

Familiarity with standard Financial Reporting, General Ledger, Balance Sheet, Journal, Income Statement, and Tax (PPH 21, 23, 26, PPN, SPT Badan Tahunan) – an advantage.

Minimum 2 years of experience in the Accounting/Finance field.

Experience in invoicing, collections, and customer service.

Preferably experienced using Journal software.

Excellent skills in MS Office, especially MS Excel.

Honest, meticulous, and responsible.

Strong organizational skills.

Good command of English.

Responsibilities

Responsible for all financial transactions related to the company's Accounts Receivable.

Ensure adherence to policy, procedures, and practices.

Maintain customer accounts.

Continuously learn and update about the latest regulation and policy related to Accounting (PSAK).
