Head of Marketing / Marketing Operations Lead

Work Schedule:

Full-Time (40 Hours/Week) | General US business hours.

Role Overview:

We are helping our client company, an established 8-figure direct-to-consumer apparel brand, hire a Head of Marketing to oversee performance, operations, and structured growth across channels. This role is ideal for a highly

analytical ,

metrics-driven

leader who understands scaling DTC brands and thrives in optimization-heavy environments.

Main Goal of This Role:

Drive scalable growth by strengthening forecasting, performance oversight, and operational execution across paid media, lifecycle marketing, and vendor management — while continuously improving efficiency (ROAS, MER) and

customer journey performance.

Responsibilities:

Oversee paid media (Meta + Google) and the team/resources running those channels Oversee email and SMS performance and lifecycle execution Manage marketing vendors and external partners Oversee operations across marketing channels and

calendars Lead deployment of

product launches and promotional campaigns Own forecasting and performance planning Monitor and improve key metrics

(ROAS, MER, traffic efficiency) Ensure structured weekly optimization processes are maintained Analyze customer journey and traffic flow to improve conversion and retention Provide

QA oversight

on creative, messaging, and copy to ensure alignment with brand voice and audience nuance Introduce structured testing initiatives (A/B testing, new offers, bundling strategies) Oversee secondary channels such as

TikTok and Amazon

at a strategic level

Qualifications:

Must: Proven experience operating in or scaling a 7–8 figure DTC brand Strong forecasting and performance analytics background Deep understanding of DTC growth dynamics (traffic, conversion, retention) Experience managing cross-functional marketing teams and vendors Comfortable owning metrics such as ROAS and MER Agency growth strategist background is a big plus, though DTC brand leadership experience is preferred Analytical mindset balanced with strong marketing intuition

Ideal Talents:

Someone who is very focused on KPIs and the matrix. Someone who loves A/B testing and optimization. An analytical mindset is important.
