Experience:

Minimum 3 years

Qualification

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master.

Experience in IT projects, software development, or support within an Agile team.

Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

Comfortable using Agile/project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Microsoft Planner.

Responsibilities

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand‑up, Sprint Planning, Retrospective, Review).

Guide the team in applying Agile principles effectively.

Remove impediments and support smooth sprint execution.

Work closely with Product Owners and development teams to ensure clear requirements and delivery goals.

Monitor progress, support continuous improvement, and maintain a productive team environment.
