Job Description Summary
This role serves as a business partner to Indonesia Business Segment Leaders to drive commercial growth & profitability and support strategic initiatives to drive sustainable growth, including efforts to drive commercial rigor and simplification focusing on Imaging and Services business. The role reports to the Indonesia Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Key responsibilities / essential functions (but not limited to)
Partner with country leaders and staff to drive commercial growth & profitability, lead/support strategic initiatives and drive commercial rigor & simplification for Indonesia.
Partner to drive commercial transformation projects and sales‑force effectiveness initiatives to enable and sustain commercial growth.
Lead commercial finance analytics (price, COGS, mix, cost to sell/serve, sales‑force effectiveness and productivity, orders & backlog profitability, etc.) & provide meaningful insights/actionable outcomes to leadership to drive profitable growth.
Analyze business segment growth & profitability, provide actionable insights to Indonesian Leadership, Segment Leaders, Services Commercial, Service Delivery and enabling functions; recommend potential solutions/actions and track progress.
Collaborate with Marketing to refine market growth & share correlation to orders, NPI performance/effectiveness.
Actively partner with FP&A to provide insights for developing estimates/forecasts, operating plans, blueprint reviews and operating/strategic reviews.
Lead cross‑functional projects to drive simplification/standardization and improve rigor in key commercial/finance processes for sustainable growth & profitability.
Collaborate on internal control projects (e.g., Policy 5.0/6.0, contract T&C standardization).
Develop and improve financial processes/tools – live & dynamic reports/dashboards, scenario‑based outcomes, budgeting and estimating processes, project pay‑backs/ROI.
Required Qualifications
Advanced experience in Finance & Commercial Finance Management. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration and 8‑10 years progressive financial work experience.

Experience in a global business environment, matrix organization, process improvement (LEAN, Six Sigma).
Adaptability, integrity, basic understanding of SOX, GAAP compliance.
