Release & Product Manager Games

Beep is looking for a full-time Project Manager to join the Release & Product team remotely.

You'll be in charge of projects which requires heavy focus on release management for physical and digital products, collaborating with internal teams such as marketing and production, external collaborators such as developers, publishers, and first-party platforms like Sony, Nintendo, Microsoft, and more.

Responsibilities include release planning, platform submissions, age ratings, and coordinating marketing requirements for various first-party storefronts. You'll anticipate bottlenecks, propose solutions, and blend strategic planning with hands-on execution to improve processes.

What You’ll Do

Serve as primary contact for developers on product releases. Maintain a comprehensive release calendar for cross-team communication. Handle game submissions to first-party platforms. Manage product setup, submissions, releases, and post-launch support in portals. Obtain necessary age ratings for games (e.g., CERO, GRAC, ESRB, PEGI). Plan multiple release scenarios for publishing and marketing awareness. Oversee submission processes, including build delivery, documentation, and platform communications. Review assets and metadata for storefronts and packaging compliance. Collaborate with localization and QA to assess title quality and submission readiness. Conduct regular meetings with internal teams to align requirements and deadlines.

What You Bring

Experience in release management, platform submissions, or game production; if lacking, at least two years in project management is required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including coordinating teams, drafting clear instructions, and articulating problems with proposed solutions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) or equivalent tools like Google Workspace. Proven ability to coordinate with remote teams across multiple time zones. Eagerness to learn, with a methodical approach to mastering release management processes. Strong time management and planning skills, enabling creation of clear, interpretable release schedules for cross-functional teams. Solid understanding of the video game industry, gained personally or professionally.
