Job Description:
Identify and approach new potential clients, including property developers, contractors, architects, constructions, etc.
Present and promote decorative paint and coating solutions to meet client needs.
Achieve sales targets through proactive lead generation and client engagement.
Maintain relationships with customers by giving customer service and support, information and guidance to our range of products.
Conduct group presentation to consultants such as architects and developers.
Assist consultants in preparing for technical specification and tender documents for projects.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to management.
Requirements:
Bachelorโs degree in any related field.
Minimum 2 years in Sales/Marketing related experiences.
Able to speak in English fluently.
Coming from any B2B Sales Client Acquisition background (Advertising, Agency, Consultant, Real Estate, etc).
Plus Point: Having databases and experiences dealing wit h
Residentials/ Developers/ Contractors/ Architectural Firms/ Interior Designers Firms, etc.
Proficient in Microsoft Words, Excel, and Power Point required.
