Job Description
Responsibilities
Manage all Human Resources processes, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that are effective and in line with workplace regulations.
Handle HR administration such as payroll, absences, and employee benefits.
Manage staff interactions and ensure a positive and productive workplace environment.
Overseeing General Affairs functions such as office facilities, security, finances, operational management, and vendor selection.
Ensure HR processes comply with labor law, company policies, and established SOPs.
Prepare monthly HR reports, payroll summaries, and manpower updates for management.
Contribute to continuous improvement of HR workflows, documentation, and service quality.
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources, including 2-3 years as an HR Manager/HR and GA Manager. Prior HR experience in the hospitality industry (hotel, resort, or hospitality group).
At least a bachelor's degree in psychology, human resource management, law, management, or a similar discipline.
Understanding labor law and industrial relations.
Worked in recruitment, training, payroll, and HR administration.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Used to working strategically and operationally.
Capable of managing General Affairs and vendor management.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS. English language skills are advantageous.
