Admin Legal

Responsibilities

Prepare, organize, and maintain legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and correspondence.

Support the drafting, reviewing, and formatting of legal documents under supervision.

Manage filing systems to ensure documents are accurate, updated, and easily accessible.

Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for the Legal Team.

Assist with legal research and the preparation of reports or summaries.

Monitor contract deadlines, renewal dates, and other legal timelines.

Liaise with internal departments and external parties (inc. vendors, regulators, notaries) as needed.

Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, scanning, document tracking, and archiving.

Support compliance activities and follow up on required documentation.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00.

1–2 years of professional experience in the legal field (preferably in corporate, compliance, or related areas).

Proficient in English, both verbal and written; able to draft and review documents in English.

Strong critical thinking skills, assertive, and eager to learn.

Highly adaptable, able to multitask, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
