Mid/Senior Consultant Indonesia

Portcities seeks a dynamic and experienced Mid/Senior Consultant to join our consulting team. With 2-5 years of experience, this role will work closely with senior team members, guiding junior consultants while leading specific aspects of projects. The Mid-Level Consultant combines technical expertise with business acumen to implement solutions that drive value for clients, ensuring successful project delivery.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems / Computer Science / Business / Accounting / Management. A master's degree in business management is an advantage.

Minimum of 2+years of relevant experience in ERP implementation.

Good communication, presentation, and writing skills in English.

Proven experience as an Odoo Consultant or similar role.

Odoo certification(s) or equivalent industry certifications.

Knowledge of other ERP systems and business applications.

Language Skills: Fluent in Englishis required.

Work Authorization Requirement: Candidates must have valid work authorization in Indonesiato be considered for this position.

Job Description

Analyze client business processes and requirements to design business solutions with detailed requirements. Produce Functional Specification, and UAT plan, prepare case tests, flowcharts, and diagrams.

Accompany customers in the full delivery cycle from software configuration to Go-live.

Internal testing on configuration/development should be conducted before releasing them for UAT.

Create a user manual and provide training and support to end-users as per the agreement defined.

Troubleshoot and resolve Odoo-related issues.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system integration.

Stay updated on Odoo developments and suggest improvements.

Support the sales team during pre-sales by creating and presenting a demo.

Prepare presentation slides in English or other specific language if required.

Prepare MoM in English or other specific language if required.

Able to manage and control budget, timeline, and scope of small-medium sized projects.

Develop and coach your subordinates.
