NEW SITE DEVELOPMENT STAFF

Responsibilities

Conduct market scanning to identify and evaluate potential new site locations.

Perform comprehensive feasibility studies, including financial analysis, demographic review, and competitive assessment.

Develop detailed financial models to estimate project viability and return on investment (ROI).

Build and maintain strong relationships with mall management, property developers, and other external partners.

Lead negotiations with landlords or property managers regarding pricing, lease terms, and contract conditions.

Prepare, compile, and present site development proposals and recommendations to management.

Manage end–to–end site development processes, from initial assessment to project handover.

Coordinate with internal departments (legal, finance, operations, and others) to ensure compliance and smooth project execution.

Monitor project progress to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Provide regular reports, updates, and documentation on site development activities to management.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree (minimum S1), preferably in Business, Marketing, or Property Management

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in property, retail, or OOH advertising

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, including financial modeling, data analysis, and market research

Building Skill: Solid relationship, established network with mall management and/or property developers

Project Management: Proven track record of managing projects end-to-end

Strategic thinking with strong business acumen and problem-solving capability

Communication: Excellent communication skills, including presentation, negotiation, and persuasion

Technical Skills: Proficiency in advanced Excel, financial modeling tools, and presentation software
