We are hiring a

Investment Banking Associate

for people who actually live in markets. If you follow rates, vol, flows, positioning, macro catalysts, and you can speak in a sharp, professional way about what matters and why, you will fit the culture.

This role is designed for candidates who want to build real credibility in the buy-side and capital markets ecosystem. You do not need a perfect pedigree. You do need intensity, judgment, and the ability to execute.

You will be expectged to support a mix of market-facing and capital-facing workflows, including: Market and investment research across equities, rates, FX, vol, and macro Building short internal briefs: “what matters this week” and “what changed today” Investor and allocator research (family offices, institutional allocators, HNW channels) Outbound outreach and structured conversations with market participants Supporting investor relations and capital workflow execution, including CRM discipline Creating tight market commentary and short video content that sounds credible (not influencer content)

This is a strong fit if you are coming from or around: Capital markets, institutional sales, prime brokerage coverage, IR, placement, wealth management Trading, execution, derivatives, structured products, or market strategy roles Asset management, hedge fund ops, research support, or allocator-facing work Finance-adjacent careers where you’ve built real market intuition but want a sharper platform

Typical experience level is

2 to 10 years , but we care more about how you think and communicate than a rigid number.
