Position Overview
RecruitGo is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Support/ Admin Executive to support daily platform operations, client servicing, and internal coordination. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, a quality-focused mindset, and experience in operations or campaign support.
Responsibilities
Daily Platform Operations
Launch and schedule WhatsApp, SMS, and email campaigns
Create, update, and maintain customer journeys and segments
Perform QA checks prior to campaign deployment
Monitor campaign performance (delivery, read rates, failures) and elevate issues as needed
Reporting & Analytics
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance dashboards
Prepare delivery and performance reports in CSV/Excel formats
Track system KPIs such as throughput, concurrency, and error logs
Customer & Internal Communication
Manage support inbox and service tickets
Respond to client operational inquiries
Coordinate with internal teams including tech, operations, and sales to resolve issues promptly
System Administration
Set up and manage new accounts or sub-accounts
Maintain user roles, permissions, and API keys
Update templates and catalogues on Meta/WhatsApp Manager
Quality Assurance & Testing
Test flows, campaign journeys, and templates
Conduct platform sanity checks following deployments or releases
Expected Deliverables
Zero-error and timely campaign deployments
Accurate, consistent, and insightful reporting
Streamlined internal operations and reduced bottlenecks
Improved client satisfaction through fast and reliable support
Requirements
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
1–2 years of experience in operations, customer success, or campaign support
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (formulas, pivot tables, reporting)
Highly detail-oriented with a strong QA mindset
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines
Basic technical understanding of APIs, CRM platforms, and web-based tools
Experience launching SMS/WhatsApp/Email campaigns is an advantage (not required)

Salary: 30,000 - 40,000 PHP
Work Set up: Remote
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday; 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM UAE Time
