Maintenance Manager

Maintenance Manager – PT Frina Lestari Nusantara (FLN) We are seeking a talented and dedicated Maintenance Manager to join our team.

Qualifications

Graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field

Minimum 3 years experience as Maintenance Manager

Experience in automotive manufacturing plastics preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers

Knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)

Familiarity with Management Systems

Proficiency in Corrective and Preventive Action (CPAR) and problem‑solving tools

Understanding of IATF 16949, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015

Strong negotiation and communication skills

Willing to be based in Central Cikarang, Bekasi and available to join ASAP

Developed maintenance capability strategies

Understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems

Knowledge of material & processing in plastic manufacturing

Mastery of TPM and Reliability‑Centered Maintenance concepts

Experience managing maintenance for mechanical & electrical production facilities

Knowledge of planning and scheduling indicators (plan compliance, planning ratio, backlog, stock‑out, lead time, maintenance cost, etc.)

Understanding of plastic manufacturing processes (blow molding, injection molding, vacuum forming, robotic painting systems)

Proficiency in robotics
