As a full‑time on‑site Sales Proshop / Retail Sales staff positioned at Clubhouse‑Padel in Jakarta, you will engage with customers, promote our product offerings, provide exceptional customer service, and enhance the shopping experience for our clients.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers, providing informative product knowledge and recommendations for smart home products.

Assist customers in selecting items that best suit their needs while fostering a positive shopping experience.

Process sales transactions accurately and handle cash and credit operations efficiently.

Maintain a well‑organized and attractive Proshop area.

Build lasting relationships to create brand loyalty and encourage repeat business.

Collaborate with team members to achieve sales objectives and high customer service standards.

Stay updated on the latest product knowledge, industry trends, and promotional offers.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in retail sales.

High school diploma or equivalent; further education in sales or marketing is advantageous.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong customer service orientation and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team while being self‑motivated.

Detail‑oriented with organization skills to manage inventory and sales transactions.

Experience or interest in sports, particularly padel tennis, is a plus.
