Job Description

Own all Customer Service–related features in ShopeePay (frontend & backend)

Handle Monee Insurance and Investment features within the app

Conduct end-to-end usability testing, user research, and competitor benchmarking

Translate business and operational needs into clear product requirements

Drive projects end-to-end: planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, and delivery

Ensure smooth rollout and operational readiness across teams

Requirements

Fresh graduates are welcome; product or project experience is a plus

Strong “get it done” mindset with high ownership

Action-oriented; execution-focused

Good verbal and written communication skills

Strong project management and coordination skills
