FASHION DESIGNER ( CLO 3D) - GARMENT INDUSTRY PT Doosan Cipta Busana Jaya, a leading fashion and textile design company in South Jakarta Jakarta, is seeking a talented

Fashion Designer (CLO 3D)

to join their dynamic team. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to work with a renowned brand in the garment industry.

What you’ll be doing

Designing innovative and on-trend fashion collections using CLO 3D software

Developing detailed technical specifications and illustrations for garments

Collaborating with the production team to ensure seamless execution of designs

Staying up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and industry developments

Participating in the product development process, from concept to final production

Continuously improving design processes and techniques to enhance efficiency

What we’re looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Fashion Designer or in a similar role within the garment industry

Proficient in using CLO 3D garment program/CAD/Illustrator/Photoshop/PPT and other programs.

Strong understanding of textiles, garment construction, and production processes

Excellent eye for detail and ability to translate design concepts into tangible products

Creativity, innovation, and a keen sense of fashion trends

Effective communication and collaboration skills

Good Personality , communication skills, and high analytical skill

Had Working and Able to work under pressure & Fast Learner

Strong and well-structured communication skill both in English and Bahasa Indonesia

Background preferred and able to sewn the garment

Understand buyer fit commentUnderstand dan have knowledge tech pack /worksheet
