BUSINESS CONTROL STAFF/ ACCOUNTING STAFF Preparing Malls’ KPI report based on existing data.

Preparing formats/templates for other reports.

Responsible for administrative matters.

Requirements Hold min. Bachelor Degree in Financial Management or Accounting, with min. GPA 3.00 (in scale of 4.00).

Experienced min. 1 year as Business Analysis Staff/Business Control Staff/ Finance Staff/Accounting Staff or in the related field.

Possess comprehensive knowledge about basic financial analysis and financial reports, and also basic administration.

Computer literate and familiar with Ms. Office, especially Ms. Excel. Ability to operate Accurate will be an advantage.

Possess good analytical thinking & strong ability to analyze problems.

Good team player, able to handle concurrent tasks with appropriate priority, demonstrate capability to meet required project timeframes.

Honest, firm, and communicative.

Strict, careful, well-organized, and detail-oriented

Highly responsible with good initiative, adaptability, and able to work under pressure
