Assist in providing financial business partnering support to the Corporate Real Estate Management (CREM) Directorate

Support strategic decision‑making by delivering financial reports and cost analysis

Monitor actual spending versus budget, highlighting key variances and cost optimization opportunities

Ensure real estate financial transactions comply with accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS) and internal policies

Conduct cost analysis on property rentals, maintenance expenses, and capital expenditures (CapEx)

Track and optimize facility management costs, ensuring efficient allocation of financial resources

Work closely with real estate, procurement, and facility management teams to ensure financial due diligence in property transactions

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.

Min 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or real‑estate financial management.

Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling, budgeting, and cost analysis.

Understanding of real‑estate finance, lease accounting (IFRS 16), and facility management costs.

Proficiency in financial systems (SAP, Oracle, Power BI, or similar tools) and strong Excel‑based financial modeling skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present financial data effectively.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams in a dynamic corporate environment.
