Head of Product & Content Acquisition

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive content acquisition strategy to enhance the company's content offerings and meet the demands of diverse audiences Identify potential content partners, negotiate licensing agreements, and establish collaborative relationships to enrich the content library Drives the right mix of product portfolio while being innovative and up to date in the content and media industry Identify, negotiate, and secure partnerships with content creators, studios, and distributors, ensuring we have a competitive edge in the market for both local and international content Maintain content standards, stay ahead of industry trends, allowing us to adapt quickly and position ourselves as a leader in the content space Enhance collaboration and manage day-to-day content operations functions, and cross-functional teams ensuring that our content acquisition aligns with broader company initiatives Maintain and ensure growth and profitability in our content library and increase user engagement Exploring new content formats and delivery methods that enhance user experience Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to inform future acquisitions and optimize the content portfolio Manage the content acquisition budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to support strategic goals Stay updated on the competitive landscape and emerging content trends to identify new acquisition opportunities Develop and maintain relationships with content creators, distributors, and platforms to leverage co-branding and partnership opportunities Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Media Studies, or a related field; Master's degree preferred Minimum 5-7 years of experience in content acquisition, content management in same role, or a related field, preferably within the media industry Strong undertstanding in media business acumen Strong negotiation and contract management skills Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions Proven track record of managing relationships with external partners and stakeholders Strong communication and presentation skills Location: Centennial Tower, South Jakarta Benefits
