Content Writer (SaaS Education Content)

Responsibilities Develop comprehensive educational documentation that meets organizational standards Create training and education content such as curriculum, syllabus, and learning materials (text, audio, demo account, and quizzes) or articles, e-books, and magazines. Obtain a deep understanding of products and services to translate complex product information into simple, polished, and engaging content Research, outline, write, and edit new and existing content, working closely with various departments to understand project requirements Independently gather information from subject matter experts to develop, organize, and write procedure manuals, technical specifications, and process documentation Work with development and support leads to identify all documentation repositories, revise and edit, and determine the best solution for data compilation and centralized storage

Requirements Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in education/writing/learning/other related areas. Deeply understanding of the O2O retail business. Preferably have a background in the e-commerce industry. Acumen in online business operations including those related to Warehouse Management Systems and accounting and bookkeeping is a must. Outstanding writing skills (basic, business, and creative ways) to develop educational content. Has good time management skills to manage various tasks simultaneously.
