Senior Staff Process Engineer

Analyze customer requests in the form of technical drawings or product samples.

Prepare technical draft drawings using AutoCAD, Mastercam, Inventor, or SolidWorks.

Develop CNC programs (Milling & Turning) and conduct machining time studies.

Set up CNC machines and conduct production trials before mass production.

Monitor and supervise trial production processes to ensure stability and readiness for mass production.

Implement process improvements for ongoing or existing production projects.

Support QA team in developing Poka-Yoke systems for production control.

Prepare tools, jigs, and fixtures required for machining and production processes.

Ensure smooth handover from trial phase to mass production.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly technical reports.

Requirements: Minimum D3 (Diploma) in Industrial Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical & Machine Design Engineering, or Manufacturing Technology Engineering; or

S1 (Bachelor’s Degree) in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Process Engineer or Product Engineer in a manufacturing company.

Minimum 2 years of experience as CNC Milling & Lathe Programmer.

Strong understanding of mold & dies design and manufacturing processes.

Proficient in Mastercam, AutoCAD, Inventor, and/or SolidWorks.

Able to operate CNC Turning and CNC Machining Center machines.

Willing to work hands-on in production/field environment.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience in precision machining or mold & dies manufacturing.

Strong analytical skills in machining time study and process optimization.

Knowledge of quality control systems and Poka-Yoke implementation.

Demonstrated leadership potential in supervising trial production.

Highly motivated, adaptable, and target oriented.

Strong teamwork and communication skills.
