Maintenance & Operations Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Provide operational support for 5G FWA systems post-deployment.

Handle incident management and root cause analysis.

Execute preventive maintenance and performance monitoring.

Ensure service availability and reliability across customer-facing systems.

Liaise with vendors for technical support.

Requirements

2–5 years of experience in network operations or telecom infrastructure.

Experience in network operations and maintenance (wireless systems preferred).

Troubleshooting skills for telecom infrastructure.

CCNA or equivalent certification is a plus.
