Creative Designer

Responsibilities Develop creative design concepts aligned with marketing campaigns and corporate branding strategies.

Produce and edit visual content in the form of photography and videography for social media, website, and promotional materials.

Design marketing collaterals such as banners, brochures, posters, and other branding assets.

Coordinate with the Marketing team to ensure all visual materials are consistent with the company’s brand identity and standards.

Conduct documentation of company events and activities for publication purposes.

Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and are completed within the established timeline.

Qualifications Willing and able to perform field activities and operational mobility as required.

Minimum education: Senior High School/Vocational School/Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Visual Communication Design, Multimedia, or related fields.

Proven ability to create creative visual content in both photo and video formats.

Proficient in photo and video editing software (Adobe Photoshop, Capcut, Canva).

Strong visual sense, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable in design principles.

Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
