What You Will Do: Perform analysis regarding sales performance (target vs actual, pipeline, conversion rate) and provide recommendation for improvement action. Maintain and update sales dashboard, customer, and pipeline data in Sales/CRM database. Prepare periodically sales reports (daily, weekly, monthly) and monitor the update sales achievement progress, status order, invoice and delivery process. Perform coordination and collaboration with respective stakeholders to prepare all information, data, documents, etc are provided in order to ensure the process running smoothly. Provide sales and others administrative support (quotations, proposals, contracts, tender documents, business trip settlement, PR PO, etc) to ensure no pending settlement.

What You Will Need: Minimum 1–3 years experience in Sales Support, Sales Operations, or similar roles. Bachelor’s degree in any major. Advanced Ms. Office. Detail oriented. Strong coordination & teamwork skill. Able to work independently. Strong reporting skill, task management skill, & basic analytical thinking.
