Business Development (Mandarin Speaker)

Responsibilities

Develop and manage new business opportunities through partnerships and client acquisition

Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and key stakeholders

Identify market opportunities and propose strategic collaboration ideas

Work closely with internal teams (marketing, operations) to execute business initiatives

Prepare proposals, presentations, and business reports in Mandarin and English

Support branding, sales, and go-to-market activities to drive revenue growth

Qualifications

Background in Marketing, Sales, Branding, or Insurance Sales (open to various industries from Sales and Marketing background)

Fluent in Mandarin (spoken & written) – mandatory

Able to communicate professionally in English

Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills

Target-driven, proactive, and comfortable with business development activitiesExperience in partnership, sales, or account management is a strong plus
