Functional Consultant

Business Analyst – Forecasting, Planning & Analysis South Jakarta, Jakarta, Indonesia

Key Responsibilities:

Work with business stakeholders to gather, document, and clarify requirements that align with business goals.

Analyze current processes, identify improvement areas, and recommend effective solutions.

Collaborate with IT teams to ensure solutions meet business needs and support user testing (UAT).

Act as a bridge between business and IT, ensuring clear communication and smooth project delivery.

Coordinate business analysis activities for strategic projects and support on-time implementation.

Job Requirements:

Educational background in

Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fields .

At least 2 years of experience

as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in a technology‑driven environment.

Experience or familiarity with

ERP Odoo Finance or Logistics, Warehouse modules

is a strong advantage.

Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills, with the ability to create clear documentation and process flows.

Understanding of

SDLC

and experience with tools such as

Jira, Confluence, or Asana

is a plus.

Good interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
