Solution Delivery Manager

This role combines delivery leadership and hands-on project management. You will build Ferbos’ project delivery capability while directly managing complex hardware–software integration projects from planning to handover. Key Reponsibilities

Build and lead project delivery processes, standards, and KPIs Manage end-to-end IoT & ERP implementation projects (planning, execution, handover) Develop and manage project plans, resources, and timelines using Odoo Coordinate cross-functional teams (hardware, installation, software integration) Monitor progress, risks, scope, budget, and quality across multiple projects Lead client coordination, progress reporting, and project handovers Drive continuous improvement through post-project reviews and documentation Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil) 5+ years experience in project delivery, system integration, or construction projects Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and cross-functional teams Familiar with ERP systems (Odoo preferred) and project management tools Exposure to IoT, building automation, HVAC, or electrical systems is a strong plus Strong leadership, communication (Indonesian & English), and problem-solving skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
