Engineering Improvement - Internship

Observe machine operations and document current working procedures.

Assist in drafting and updating Machine Working Instructions (MWI) based on actual production practices.

Create visual aids such as photos, flow diagrams, and step-by-step guides.

Support the Production Manager in reviewing working instructions after major machine breakdowns.

Propose improvement ideas to simplify and clarify machine instruction steps.

Assist in pilot testing revised working instructions.

Coordinate with the Production and Engineering teams to validate instruction accuracy and effectiveness.

Requirements: Fresh graduate in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.

Basic understanding of engineering processes and manufacturing environments.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is an advantage.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.

Good communication and teamwork skills.
