Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong intrapersonal and leadership skills to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for you to develop those existing skills and gain exposure to the defense and national security sector.

In this role, you will lead the execution of projects and initiatives tied to PT Hasuda Graha’s strategic goals, ensuring that tasks are carried out smoothly, deliverables are met, and stakeholders are updated on the latest developments, all while adhering to stringent timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Project Conception and Continuous Improvement

Develop project concepts, action plans, and progress reports; flag risks or issues early.

Document, track, and continuously improve project workflows and best practices.

Project Management and Execution

Lead multiple projects simultaneously with clear timelines, measurable results, and proactive risk management.

Ensure smooth execution, team alignment, and measurable business impact through data‑driven project management and process improvement.

Stakeholder Communication and Collaboration

Manage end‑to‑end stakeholder coordination, project rollout, and execution for BD‑related initiatives.

Create and maintain professional presentations and reports to communicate project status and outcomes.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure project success.

Qualifications

Education:

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university.

Experience:

At least

3 years

of prior work experience in sales, marketing, or project management.

Skills & Abilities

Strong intrapersonal and leadership skills.

Strong communication skills and ability to work well with a team.

Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.

Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment.

Proactive, detail‑oriented and able to juggle multiple tasks and responsibilities within stringent timelines.

Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Remuneration will be commensurate with experience and other qualifications.
